  Quiz Night - The Musical

It's half musical and half pub quiz!

Two 'good' friends go to the pub for a heart to heart, however, the boozer they choose is having a quiz night...

Quiz Night - The Musical is half pub quiz and half intimate musical portrait of two friends (with benefits) as they try to avoid discussing real life.

Join Simon and Claire down the pub as they attempt this crucial heart-to-heart during an actual pub quiz. Get your quiz hats on and you too can play for the pot - yes, the audience is invited to take part in a full-on Pub Quiz which is integrated into the show, but no Googling allowed!

Musically, Quiz Night - The Musical features it's very own jazz trio - Rage Against The Aubergine, comprising of Sussex double bass legend, Matt Casterton, the show's composer, Adrian Reilly on piano and bright young drummer, Moses Brzeski-Reilly, who happens to be Adrian's son. The band have had a lot of fun working their way through a wide variety of genres. As well as some classic musical theatre standards - the up-beat, swingy opener, the dreamy ballad duet (our one is in praise of booze) - this show includes some music that doesn't often get much of a look-in in musicals, for example, the drum'n'bass inspired 'Google It (Don't Google It!)' and the ska-flavoured 'I'm Hers (She's Mine)'.
